Welcome to Cloverleaf Driving School! We are excited to help you become a safe and confident driver. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. By enrolling in our driving school and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. To enroll in our driving programs, you must meet the age and eligibility requirements as specified by your local authorities.
1.2. You are required to pay the fees for the selected driving course or package before your lessons begin. Payment can be made through various payment methods as specified by Cloverleaf Driving School.
2.1. Lesson schedules will be determined by both the student and Cloverleaf Driving School. We will make our best efforts to accommodate your preferred lesson times, but scheduling is subject to availability.
2.2. If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice, or you may be subject to a $75.00 rescheduling fee.
3.1. Students are required to be on time for their lessons. Tardiness may result in a shortened lesson time, and the full lesson fee will still apply.
3.2. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled lesson, it may be necessary to reschedule the lesson, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
4.1. You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Cloverleaf Driving School and your instructor during your driving lessons.
4.2. You are responsible for any damage to the training vehicle caused by your negligence or willful misconduct.
5.1. Cloverleaf Driving School has a strict no refund policy. Once payment is made for any driving course or package, it is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. This policy includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
a) Student’s voluntary withdrawal from the program.
b) Student’s failure to complete the course or meet the requirements for a driver’s license.
c) Suspension or revocation of a student’s driving privileges.
d) Student’s non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
e) Any lessons or packages that go unused for more than 6 months from the date of purchase will become inactive and void without notice.
6.1. Cloverleaf Driving School reserves the right to terminate your enrollment at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with our terms and conditions or unsafe behavior during lessons.
7.1. Cloverleaf Driving School respects your privacy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
8.1. Cloverleaf Driving School may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students through email or other means of contact.

By enrolling in Cloverleaf Driving School and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
